I grew up in a family of storytellers. It was a Sunday afternoon tradition to sit in front of my grandfather and listen to him relay tales of his adventures in faraway countries. His tales were always fascinating and held my attention for hours. My grandfather's passion for storytelling was passed down to my mother, and her excitement for storytelling has passed down to me. A perfect evening for me is always spent with a good book! I love reading stories that can take my imagination far away with unforgettable characters and scenes.

I have always been excited by the publishing industry because new and extraordinary ideas are always being discovered. Working at a literary agency allows me to be a part of getting new voices heard, valuable ideas recognized and comprehending the enormous amount of effort both author and agent put into a project, giving me a deeper appreciation for the books I read.
